Payments made online through GetAbLocal are processed securely through Paystack.
GetAbLocal does not receive or store full debit or credit card numbers or CVV codes. When an online payment is made, we may receive and retain limited payment information provided by Paystack, such as transaction references, payment status, and limited card information. This information may be used for payment processing, transaction records, payment verification, customer support, and related platform operations.
d) Device & Usage Information
We may automatically collect:
- Device type
- App usage data
- Log files
- IP address
- Crash reports
- Google Analytics
This helps us improve performance and security.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Create and manage your account

5. User Accounts & Authentication
User passwords are encrypted before being stored.
We never store plain-text passwords.
OTP and Email codes and verification data are used for account security and expire automatically.

GetAbLocal may send push notifications to customers, store owners, and authorized staff using GetAbLocal apps and services.
These notifications may include:
- Order updates
- Order status changes
- Delivery or collection updates
- Store activity
- Service updates
- Other important information related to the use of GetAbLocal
Push notifications are used to help users receive timely information about their orders and services.
GetAbLocal does not currently use push notifications for marketing campaigns or promotional messages.
You can manage or disable notification permissions through your device settings. Disabling notifications may prevent you from receiving timely order and service updates.

We keep your personal information only as long as necessary to:
